Pricing Questions

When does the clock start? +
Billing starts when our crew arrives at your origin and begins loading, and stops when the last item is placed at the destination.
Are there extra charges on local moves? +
No. The hourly rate covers the truck, local fuel, all equipment, and labour. GST applies. No stair fees, long-carry charges, or material markups.
What does white-glove service include? +
Every piece of furniture gets moving blankets and stretch wrap. Our crew handles disassembly, wrapping, loading, transport, unloading, and reassembly.
Can I add extra movers on moving day? +
Subject to availability — yes. We recommend confirming crew size at least 48 hours ahead to guarantee staffing.
Do you charge for travel time? +
Not for local Calgary-area moves. Billing starts on arrival. Long-distance moves include all travel costs in the custom quote.
How does box rental work? +
We deliver sturdy moving boxes before your move date. You use them on move day, and we collect them at drop-off. Charged at $3 per box.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfer, and cash. Payment is collected at the end of the move.
